Active chassis goes to recovery mode, when VSL goes down and dual active is detected. To recover from recovery mode chassis should be reloaded. It will be reloaded automatically, if VSL will be restored. But this is true only if there were no any unsaved config changes in recovery mode. If there were some unsaved changes, chassis should be reloaded manually.
