Hi,
I have 4 nos of 6509 switch.
I want to configure VSS between two switches with virtual domain 10, and other two with the virtual domain 20.
Now my question is, can I configure HSRP between this two different VSS ?
Thanks

For the A-C and B-D connections (between VSS-group1 and VSS-group2) you can also use 1 Gbps connections, as they work outside of the VSS functionality.
Only the VSL (Virtual Switch Link) between A-B and C-D need to be 10 Gbps.
It also looks like two (2) 10 Gbps between A-B and C-D are sufficient for VSL, not four as I previously wrote.

Okay
In that case three vlans also need to be configure ...then which one act as a gateway ? VSS-group 1 or 2 ?
thanks

That depends on your setup, both can do Layer 3. The one where you configure the IP addresses on the VLAN interfaces will be the gateway, but you have all possibilities open.
As we said, first gather the network requirements, then do the design (planning), then buy the products and then do the configuration (implementation). You currently make it the wrong way around.

The product was already purchased.
Switch A-B installed in Server Room (Core Area)
Switch C-D installed in Main Control Room .. Two ring networks also starting from this area...
If I consider Switch A-B as a gateway ... then any configuration changes in Switch A-B is automatically sync with C-D ?

I'm not entirely sure what you mean with the rings, but yes this setup is possible. Please note, you should put all 4 black links into one Etherchannel (port-channel), that way you have full redundancy.

No this will work fine. I just recommend you to put it into the VSS pair which is responsible for the routing (to slightly reduce the traffic).
