My core running VTPv3 and some of the distribution and access layer is mixed between v2, v3 and transparant.
Due to some of switces not capable to run v3 then i want to make all switches including core use v2 than v3.
What is the best way to change all switch to v3 without any downtime?

I have no physical experience using VTPv3, so cannot suggest a no downtime procedure for migrating all VTP to VTPv2.
However, the actual reason for this response, in light of how common L3 switches are and how easy it is to disrupt a production nework using VTP vers. 1 or 2, you may want to carefully consider whether you really want to continue to use VTPv2 at all.
