what will happen if in a existing VTP network a new client is introduced whose revision number is higher then the server eg. the revision number of the existing network is 12  and the new client introduced in VLAN's revision number is 15.

When domain name and password match, the VTP information of the switch with the higher revision number will overwrite (not merge!) the information of the switch(es) with lower revision numbers in the domain. It does not matter if the new switch is a VTP client or server, the mode just contols on which switches you're allowed to add, delete or change VLAN parameters.
