Hi

Yes, the module slots are multigiga ports so you can use it with 1G SFP or 10G SFP+. Now if you want to use 1G, both ends must use the same SFP for 1G for example GLC-T or GLC-SX-MMD in both ends but you cannot use 10G SFP+ with 1G SFP.

This link is useful to know the compatible SFP:

Hi

Usually the 10G ports are handle with fiber SFP+, but there are some modules with 10G ports for copper 10G-BaseT. Example:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/interfaces-modules/catalyst-6500-16-port-10-gigabit-ethernet-copper-module/index.html

The modules for 10G usually have multigiga ports it means you can use 1G or 10G through the same port. The suggestion is always verify the technical specs for the modules and compatibility with the platform.

Hope it is useful
