are you able ping 10.100.2.12 from Nexus 1 and  10.200.2.13 from Nexus 2?

Looks like they are not reachable.  

By default it take management vrf as the keep-alive destination, so ensure you have these ip's configured for mgmt 0 interfaces, else specify the correct vrf.
