We are connecting a ASA 10G port with SFP-10G-SR to SCE 10G port with XFP-10G-MM-SR and C7609 10G port with XENPAK-10GB-SR, can they connect each other? or it is manadatory use the same SFP module for the connection?

The should be fine. According from the data sheet
SFP-10G-SR is 850nm MMF
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/modules/ps5455/data_sheet_c78-455693.html
XFP-10G-MM-SR is 850nm MMF
XENPAK-10GB-SR is 850nm MMF
As long as the wave lenght and fiber type matched, they should be able to communicate.
