Where do I find software for WS-C3850-48P ?

I am hoping someone can help with this. I already called TAC but we only have hardware support on this device, not tech support so they turned me away.

I have a stack of 4 WS-C3850-48P switches.

I am not sure how to find the software for this switch. When I looked in the software download section of the cisco website It seems that my choices are:

Cisco 3850-48P-L
Cisco 3850-48P-S
Cisco 3850-48P-E

It's not any of those. It's just a WS-C3850-48P. I only have remote access so I can't look for any other indicators on the chassis.

Current IOS this switch is running is "cat3k_caa-universalk9.SPA.03.03.03.SE.150-1.EZ3.bin"

The CPU is pinned at 100% mainly due to " fed "and "stack-mgr"  processes. Users on that switch are experiencing weird issues like not able to get to a website, not able to ping certain IP addresses.    I'd like to try a code upgrade before I'm forced to  throw it in the garbage.

Any ideas are welcome.

Thanks

1 ipbase permanent N/A Lifetime

IP Base and Lifetime.  So this means the exact SKU is "Cisco 3850-48P-S".

Besides, when it comes to the 3650/3850 family of switches, it doesn't matter if you've downloaded the software of the "-L", "-S" or "-E".  The license details found in the switch will determine what feature set to enable.

Post the complete output to the following commands:

  1. sh inventory; and
  2. sh license

I deleted the details.

Thank you for that Leo.
