You can find many free labs shared on the Internet including Net Academy which created PT software in the first place. There are some labs that come with purchase of video course like CCNA from Udemy;
In any case, look for labs for exam that you preparing and note that PT is just a sim, not all IOS features and commands are available or work exactly the same as real device would.
