Hey Richard,
Any fiber variant of Cisco 3750 swithc will serve your purpose.

I don't think regular 3750 can support 24 fiber ports...Fiber can be put only in SFP module, which has 2 or 4 ports...I think there are 12 fiber ports 3750s,but not sure if they come in 24 port variant..You better look for 4k

Gig fiber ports? What are your performance requirements? L2 or L3?
As Ameya has suggested, the 3750 is a possibility. For 24 fiber gig ports, you could stack two WS-C3750G-12Ss.
Other possibilities are: the ME-C6524GS-8S, ME 3800X-24FS and ME 3600X-24FS (and ME-3400-24FS-A [24 100 Mbps fiber]).
Otherwise, as Ankur suggested, you might need to consider a chassis switch, such as the 4500.

Here is a 3750X with 24 port GE SFP
Part number:
WS-C3750X-24S-S
And here is the data sheet:

24 fibre ports in a single unit:
1. WS-C3750X-24S;
2. WS-C3560E-12D with 12 X2 converters
I'm not going to recommend WS-C3750G-12S because I am anticipating the End-of-Sale announcement of the 16mb flash model of the venerable 3750 family within the next 4-6 months.

The SFP module is an optional purchase. I can't tell you what is the P/N because I don't know what you require. Look at the data sheet of the 3750X and below is a list of supported SFP modules.
2- on Card for uplink C3KX-NM-1G it fiber or gigabite ethernet? do i need other module to plugin?
The C3KX-NM-1G is also an optional purchase and needs to be ordered separately.

Dear Leolaohoo,
2- on Card for uplink C3KX-NM-1G it fiber or gigabite ethernet? do i need other module to plugin?
yes, it optional but i'm not clear this one it Ethernet or Fiber ? and if it Ethernet i just plugin to Switch is done right?
the document it dont show clear about this, it show ehternet port 4 port but i saw picture it like port fiber and i saw other P/N it has 2 port with 10GM with Ethernet port.
So could you let me know this model : C3KX-NM-1G is ethernet rigth?
Note: i'm worry when i oder this module it need to order module plugin with ethernet!
Best Regards,

C3KX-NM-1G is an SFP-only port. The only Ethernet module attachment is the C3KX-NM-10GT and this will support 1Gb or 10Gb copper port.
"The new Cisco 10G Base-T module is hot-swapable and can operate at either 10GE or GE speed (with manual configuration)."
So this will solve your problem.
