Why HTTP using FIN ACK.

When I am trying to pull data from wireshark, I am seeing some FIN ACK traffic. Can anyone explain me how its generated.

Hi,
FIN ACK simply is a response to FIN packet. Now i dont know what to say unless you tell me the complete story but in general when a client initiate a connection with a server and never got an answer for an amount of time, it will send FIN packet and the server will respond with FIN ACK.
