I have cisco 1921 router running with " c1900-universalk9-mz.SPA.152-2.T.bin" kindly confirm whether 1921 router will support WIC-2T card.
If possible please share cisco documents.

The datasheet on the WIC-2T predates the release of the 1921 ISR, so doesn't list the router as supported:
This document shows that WIC cards are compatible with the 1921:

The latest documentation indicates that all WIC cards (including the WIC-2T) are supported on the 1921.
