You should not use Uplinkfast/Backbonefast with RSTP. Both are improvements which are only valid for the older PVST+.

They have no functionality with RSTP and may cause adverse effects. Please turn them off.

You may check the technology page at:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk389/tk621/tk845/tsd_technology_support_sub-protocol_home.html

It states:

Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol (RSTP) is an evolution of the Spanning Tree Protocol (802.1D standard) and provides for faster spanning tree convergence after a topology change. The standard also includes features equivalent to Cisco PortFast, UplinkFast and BackboneFast for faster network reconvergence.
