Yes and no.
Yes, the WS-X45-SUP6-E has two 10Gb ports and yes WS-X4606-X2-E has 6 10Gb ports. But the question is this, why bother if you each slot supports up to 24Gb half-duplex?
If you want to use 10Gb, consider using the 6500. The 6500 has 40Gb per slot, full-duplex capability. It would be suited if you partner a 6500E chassis with a Sup720 plus either 6704 or 6708.
