We have just deployed new 9300 in the network and so far all Wins7 have issues with internet or local traffic. Wins10 user seem fine. If you move the wins7 to wireless the do fine. We have 802.1x deployed, but even when removed off the port. They still drop loss connection to apps. We have about a 100, wins7 PC. Patching does help, but why?

That is difficult to tell but it definitely seems to indicate that the problem is only at the Wins7-side.

the port communicates with the Wins7 clients using Dot1x protocol.
this protocol can be different on an unpatched wins7 client (probably this is about the network-driver) versus Windows-10.
next the switch passes information about the client to the authentication server.
so check the logs on the authentication server for clues why authentication fails or is dropped after some time.
this can explain why wireless behaves different to wired. (switch -> server versus wireless controller -> server)
