wlc license issue

how to install license from tftp to wlc.

through GUI..

Go to Management > Software Activation > Commands. 

Choose Install License. 

Under the filename, enter:  tftp_ip_address/license_filename.txt

when we use this link to install license

tftp://ip/filename.lic

it showing error

Installation process completed   2 license failed

Reboot the controller.
Install one license.
Reboot controller again.
Install second license.

Can you please tell me the command how to restart the wlc through cli and before that how to save configuration before restart .

Please let me know how much time it take to restart.. ?

I'm reviewing the error message.
The LIC file was uploaded fine but the controller was having difficulties reading it.
Is the LIC file uploaded to the correct controller? The license is "tied" to the serial number of the controller. If the file was uploaded to a controller with the wrong serial number then the LIC file is invalid.

I have checked licence  has the same serial no can you please tell me how to restart controller through cli

Command is "reset system".
