I have two wlc 2500 , I need to know to configure the redundancy between them

Which version do you have?  2504 WLC support N+1 HA from 7.4. 

It does not support HA SSO.

What are the difference between N+1 and HA SSo

 

AP SSO is a more complete redundancy approach. On this mode, WLCs keep the same AP data base. When one WLC become unavailable, all the Access Points is migrated to the redundant WLC with zero down time.

 N +  1 HA when one WLC become unavailable AP need to join to the other WLC and you may have a slight down time.
