It looks the file is corrupted. Execute dir flash: and check the size of the file and match it with the file size in the CCO.

Thanks all, help me

My money would be on a corrupt IOS.

Firstly try downloading again and copy over to the switch.

If that still fails, try a different IOS version, i.e one up or one down.

I had an issue with a 3750X and a 15.* image and it would not boot for love nor money. Tried the IOS down from the one I was using and it seemed fine....weird but sometimes you get odd things happen

Post the output to this command:

1.  sh version;

2.  verify /md5 flash:c2960s-universalk9-mz.152-1.E.bin e5579f9e888968b0fdd0c2abea23ee7b

hi all, thanks for help me

Leo Laohoo, this is fine

but, this IOS is dependency clock ?? My switch time :

Time doesn't need to be synch or correct.  Output shows the file is OK.

Can you boot this file:  c2960s-universalk9-mz.122-58.SE2.bin

If you can, then try a different IOS.  Try 15.0(2)SE4.

i can my current IOS c2960s-universalk9-mz.122-58.SE2.bin no problem,

Then try using 15.0(2)SE4 instead.

c2960s-universalk9-mz.150-1.SE3.bin IOS is OK

I would not use 15.0(1)SE even if my life depended on it!

I repeat, use 15.0(2)SE4.

Thank you Leo Laohoo,

i think, Cisco IOS dependence HV (hardware version 04) not support for c2960s-universalk9-mz.152-1.E.bin

, my switch HV (V04),

help me, check your switch HV !

     thanks, for all

I am not running 15.2(1)E and I will NOT touch 15.2(1)E.
