Nothing present in the logs.
Core6509#sh environment temp
VTT 1 outlet temperature: 35C
VTT 2 outlet temperature: 29C
VTT 3 outlet temperature: 30C
module 1 outlet temperature: 51C
module 1 inlet temperature: 42C
module 1 aux-1 temperature: 51C
module 1 aux-2 temperature: 34C
module 1 asic-1 temperature: 96C>>>> ITs quite high
module 1 asic-2 temperature: 77C>>>> ITs quite high
I could see that the temperature is getting increased. hence could you check if there is any temperature problem in the server room were this device is located?
Check if anything blocking the Air flow near this module and switch?

HI,
the MinFail status may indicate 2 things:
- A Hardware failure on the blade or chassis slot
- Incorrect environmental policies are affecting the switch, and the temperature of the blade is rising, this can cause a MinFail alarm.
In order to verify if the problem is related to a HW problem, would you be able to try module 1 in another slot? for example slot 8, and after it comes up please
capture the following for me:
show module
show logging
show environment temp
show diagnostic result module 8
Action plan:
========
Reseat the Module.
Check the Fan tray
Check if there is any dust on the switch chasis and anything blocking near the switch.
