WS-C2960X-48LPS-L updating from c2960x-universalk9-mz.152-2.E7.bin to c2960x-universalk9-mz.152-7.E6.bin (same for 152.7.E5)

Update stuck at:
FIPS: Flash Key Check : Begin
FIPS: Flash Key Check : End, Not Found, FIPS Mode Not Enabled

Tried:
Booting old version and 152.2.E4, 152.2.E9, 152.4.E4, 152.4.E6: Failed
Begin POST: ACT2 Authentication : End, Status Passed

24 port switch update3d successfully. But not all 48 port switches failed to update. Switch in stack with no priority set, failed. Hard power reset rescued one switch. I still have 2 more to fix.

Thanks for reply.

I had been to that link and tried both version 15.0(2a)EX5 or later. Versions 15.2(2)E4. These get stuck at POST: ACT2 Authentication : End, Status Passed.

Switch are all genuine and I have checked the stack module (https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/field-notices/639/fn63972.html). They are not affected.

 - Coordinate this with TAC , in worst case the device may need to be replaced. Last resort , have 'sudden boot' by pulling and re-inserting power cable.

Cold reboot the switch:  Pull the power cable, count to 5 seconds, and push the power cable back in.

If cold reboot does not work, contact Cisco TAC and organize for an RMA.

NOTE:  This is a very well-known issue with the 2960X/XR.
