WS-C3560CX-8XPD Web based dev mgr or cisco configuration professional catalyst

I have a WS-C3560CX-8XPD and wish to be able to configure the device using a web interface. I'm slightly at a loss as to what I should be using though. Should I be using the UNIVERSAL WITH WEB BASED DEV MGR tar image or should I be installing the bin image with the CCP on top?

Recommend to use tar file.

If you want to use the WebUI then download the TAR file.
The command to upgrade the IOS using the TAR file is: archive download-sw tftp://<TFTP IP address>/IOS_filename.tar
