  • model 24 port 3650-TS-S instead of 4 x 1G, uplink Fiber SFP can we use 4 x 1G copper/ethernet SFP?
  • can we do a mix on the uplink ports of 2 x 1G fiber SFP and 2 x 1G copper SFP ?
  • Please let me know if require, can we use uplink port as downlink ? or downlink port as a up link, If we use like that what will effect ?

Yes.  You can use a mix of fibre and copper SFPs.

Hello,

in addition to Philip's post, the GLC-T (10/100/1000) is compatible with the WS-C3650-24-TS-S (check the compatibility matrix linked below).

The terms 'uplink port' and 'downlink port' just mean that the uplink port is usually a higher speed/capacity port (fiber/copper combo) that is expected to be used for linking to the core of the network. whereas the 'downlink port' is usually a copper port only that is expected to be used to connect to access switches, or servers...you can use all ports for anything you want.
