Hi,
So here is my issue...
I need to update the firmware of my router. To do this, my manual requests to remove the old one before and copy the new one with TFTP. I don't know what happen but the TFTP was not working on the server i received the request but on the router he was already showing that the transfer was failed.
I know that there is also the possibility to copy the new firmware from a usb key. When I try I received this message :
Booting...call dfs_loadpartitions, retry = 1
call dfs_loadpartitions, retry = 0
usbflash0: contains unexpected values in partition table or boot sector.
Device needs formatting before use!
Interface GE 0 link down***ERROR: PHY link is down
flash:/cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.09.03a.SPA.bin: no such file or directory
Cannot open file flash:/cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.09.03a.SPA.bin
The system is unable to boot automatically. The
BOOT environment variable needs to be set to a
bootable image.
I format my Usb key in different format (NTFS and FAT32) and used different brand however I still received this message or the ubs key is not detected...
Do you know a solution to copy the firmware of the switch with a USB key ?
Thank you by advance for your help !
