WS-C3750G-24WS-S50 web console missing

on initial config i login to 10.0.0.1 with a un and pw of cisco/cisco get a plain page that takes me to console commands or an option to mange via web interface. when i try that link (manage via web interface) i get page not found in explorer and chrome. plz help

Maybe the HTML folder is not loaded.

ok how do I enable it I have full console access. I bought this switch/controller on ebay some one could have deleted the html files for security reasons is what i'm assuming.

It is possible that someone deleted the html files and perhaps possible that they did so for security reasons, but I would doubt that is the case. I believe that it is possible, and more likely, that someone did a code upgrade using a bin file and not the tar file that supports the GUI.

Perhaps if you post the output of show version and show flash (or dir flash) we might be able to get a better understanding of the issue.
