Hi I was wondering,

what would be the throughput of WS-C3850-24XS-S  using it as L3 switch.

the idea is to compare it to 4500x and N5K

Likely, all 3 switches are "wire speed" capable for all their ports.  However, the 4500x and N5K likely have better port buffering than a 3850.  So if you have transient congestion, the 4500x or N5K might offer better throughput.

(BTW, the three series likely offer different features too.)
