Ws C6807 XL cant add WS X6904 line card

I tried to configure WS C6807 XL chassis with the line card WS X6904. Even the data sheet shows backward compatibility,

But CCW will not show such line cards. Hope some one has already experienced this issue and how it overcomes.

        - Check 'show logging' when card is inserted.

WS-X6904-40G-2TXL

Are the only two 6904 series modules supported on this chasis. If you have one of the aboveand it is not working could you send me the logs that you see while you insert the above module?
