I got a 3560 8 port and trying to transfer the IOS via xmodem. It failed twice. I formatted the fsck the flash but still no luck. Anybody know any other work arounds to this?

Hi,
Most likely you have a bad flash card. If it is under warranty or you have a service contract with Cisco, RMA it.

If I remember correctly, the flash in not removable. It is soldered on the mother board. Can you open it up and take a look inside?
