mifs[3]: Invalid fd sctr=2
mifs[3]: Error writing sector 1 error 3    <===
mifs[3]: Root directory corrupted!
mifs[3]: Failed to do fsck
...done Initializing Flash.

Thanks in advance..

Hi,

Most likely you have a bad flash card.  If it is under warranty or you have a service contract with Cisco, RMA it.

i was suspecting that as well...its def not under warranty..its my personal 3560...do you or anybody knows how to replace the flash?

If I remember correctly, the flash in not removable.  It is soldered on the mother board. Can you open it up and take a look inside?
