Akhileshwar Kumar is a highly skilled Technical Customer Engineer (TCE) with a proven history of offering support in Data, Cisco Voice, Cisco Video, MS Teams, and VM Platform. With over 15 years of extensive experience in Unified Collaboration, he excels in complex network design, deployment, and support. Akhileshwar is known for his front-line expertise, assisting clients and colleagues in resolving intricate technical IT issues. Additionally, he actively contributes to the development of best practices, procedures, and policies within organizations. Currently, he plays a pivotal role in supporting the backbone team, overseeing MultiService and Cisco Unified Communication Manager.

Abhishek Bhargava is a technical consulting engineer with Multi Service (MS) backbone team in Asia Pacific timezone. He is associated with Multi Service TAC, providing assistance to customers on Voice Gateways , CUBE , CUSP, CME , Local Gateway and multiple other products in voice collaboration suite. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication and has a total experience of over 11 years in Telecom domain. He is CCNP certified in collaboration (Implementing Cisco Advanced Call Control and Mobility Services).

Sapna Rawat is a seasoned Technical Consulting Engineer at Cisco Systems in Bangalore. With over 6 years of experience in IT and Voice technologies, she specializes in CUBE/Gateway technology and has a strong background in Unified Contact Center Express. Sapna holds CCNA and Cisco Certified Specialist - Collaboration Core certifications, showcasing her expertise in networking and collaboration solutions.
