AS5800 does not generate busy tone

Dear All,

I connect my cisco AS5800 to partner by GW2GW. When partner send me code 17 (user busy) but my AS5800 does not generate busy tone. It generate some sounds like "to te ti".

Anyone have this problem before?

My IOS software is c5800-p4-mz.123-6a.bin

I think this is the PSTN / PBX switch giving the busy tone, not the AS 5800.

the "three-tone reorder" is generated mainly by X-Bar phone switches.

Hi

I connect an analog phone to FXS of cisco gateway. There is no PSTN/PBX there.
