I have a Cisco ATA 188 phone adapter. Problem i am having is that i cannot get to the HTTP configuration page(http://ipaddress/dev). I also cannot ping the device from my PC or switch.
I can however ping the ATA from the router console, which i find odd, because the ATA is connected to the switch, and the switch cannot ping it, yet the router can.
Anyway, i put an analog phone into port 1 and pressed the button to get to the config menu, i dont know the key command to get HTTP access. I can review the IP, Subnet, NTP settings, TFTP, ect...
Just cant seem to get to it. Can anyone help on this? Thanks in advance!

Sounds like the ATA might not have a default gateway.
To configure default gateway, choose option 2#. Separate dots with *.
Please reboot the ATA after you save the changes.

I re-entered the default gateway, but i still cannot reach the ATA through pinging from the switch or any PC.
Only the router can ping it. Thanks!
