Audio delay

The audio loop delay detected is at least: 190 ms. There seems to be an audio delay introduced by the external equipment connected to the TelePresence device. This may reduce the quality of your TelePresence experience. Example: If an output TV/monitor is connected, try to find a low latency mode, usually this mode is called gaming or PC. Change the monitor settings to a suitable mode (ex: Game mode).

You seem to be quoting a warning message, but haven't given us much detail on what equipment you are using to generate it, nor under what circumstances, it appears.  If you are able to provide us with a little more detail on your system models and configurations, we might be able to provide better assistance.

But, as a starting point, the codec is reporting that it cannot hear itself back in a reasonable time frame, and that there seems to be quite a delay in the audio processing of whatever screen or audio system you have connected.  If your codec is directly connected to a TM/monitor, check to see if it can be put in a "low latency" or "gaming" mode - there should be details on how to do this in your screen's user manual.  Once the delay is in an acceptable range, this warning message will disappear.  While it is present, the internal echo cancellation may not work as well as you may expect it to, resulting in echo at the far end of any of your calls.

The alarm which is often seen is "Audio delay" and seen in Control Hub as Issue. It is motly seen with Webex Codec plus also known as RoomKit Plus devices. My questions: is it only related with the HDMI audio output and external TV Display or is it also seen when the network has high latency? Can the alarm be tuned that it only appears when there is a higher audio delay of let's say 500ms? Obviously it appears when the audio delay is higher than 70ms. Most customer do not notice any issues with audio delay but the alarm is irritating for them.
