For a room that size, you'd be best looking at spreading multiple microphones around the room to capture the audio from all positions adequately (and at similar volume levels). As the C90 allows up to 8 microphones to be direcly connected, it's designed for that sort of thing. Alternately, you could run all the mics in the room back to a central mixer/dsp and then send a single feed in to the codec (we do this for most of our larger rooms).
As a general rule of thumb with the AudioScience microphones, we tell people to be within a 2m (6.5') radius for the best/consistent audio levels - obviously someone closer to the microphone will appear louder than someone further away - this can be lessened with the use of multiple mics as above..
