We are using SX20's and like the automatic Presentation Preview mode, but we are not getting updated feedback. The presentation mode does not change, but continues to say 'Off'. Is this a bug?

Can you give more detail, such as software version, the steps you're taking, and the exact issue you're seeing and expect to see. Can't help without knowing the details of the issue.

We are on TC 7.3.3 and when the connected PC is woken up, the screen automatically switches to the PC. I believe this is called Presentation Preview, but when you query "xs conference presentation mode", it comes back with "off".

Are you experiencing this issue during an active call or idle?
Normally the status will go to "Off" if the system is not transmitting a presentation source as a secondary video stream during active call.

Ok, what we would call "Duo Video" in the old days, but I am referring to the new "Presentation Mode" when not in a call. When not in a call and you hit the presentation button on the remote control you get "Presentation Mode: Sending", which in turn, we alert the end user with feedback, stating "System is in Presentation Mode, but when this happens automatically by detecting a PC turned on, we get no such feedback.

This is based of the Cisco SX20 admin guide:
Conference status
xStatus Conference
Shows the top level overview of the conference status. The identity of the Conference Site can only be read during a call.
Refer to page 145 for more details.

Sorry, but what does the Presentation button do on the remote control when not in a call?
Yes, it starts the "Presentation Mode" so you can view the PC in the room when not in a call and feedback reflects accordingly.
