When we make a B2B call from MRA registered Device it fails with fast busy tone.
however if same device is in Home Location (Directly registered to CUCM) and makes a Calls it works.
We have Logical Partitioning enabled with Policy
MRA Interior Element to EXP Trunk Border Element Allowed.
