when i am dialing from polycom device to our conference bridge number over the internet call is not connected 

i check call logs in conductor getting b2bua disconnected call on the ingress saying "mismatched transport type in answer

Point to point call working fine from polycom device

Polycom > internent > vcs expressway > vcs control > conductor >TPS

Do you have some more information, like debug log files and traces of the different components,

how your zones look like, how your zone configurations look like, which call legs use which protocol, how encryption should be handled, ...

It would be good to understand which component creates a mismatch and which components

detects it and why.

Looking at each leg, first think how you expect how the call should look like and then see how it looks in reality can give you some hints.
