Since release 12.2.2T Cisco announced the support of H323 RAS (Gatekeeper registration, admission, status) through NAT on enterprise IOS versions. I've tried 12.2.8T -> 12.2.11T on 7206 and could not get it working - NAT translates the IP address in the IP header of RAS packets only and not the payload (H323 signaling address). Had a case opened but so far no clear answer whether this works at all and with what versions of H323.
Tested with Polycoms (FX - 3.0.6 -> 4.2; SP - 7.0.3 -> 7.2), Tandbergs (B4.1 -> B5.0)
Thanks

Of course, the Cisco IOS release 12.2.2T onwards, has the feature of NATwith Enhanced H.225/H.245 Forwarding Engine but it doesn't support RAS. This has been mentioned in one of the Cisco documents given below. Please refer:

I believe the next release of Cisco Nat is suppose to support H323 version 3 and 4. Previously they only supported Version 2
