Hi,
I have installed CUCM 11.5 and configured DX80 with it. I The video quality is very low as the bandwidth is not going beyond 384kbps.
Kindly suggest if it is possible to increase it to 2mbps.

Check your Location and Region settings within CUCM, it sounds as if the bandwidth settings for one of those is limiting the call to 384kbps.

Yes its working now. In the Region settings, I have changed the value of "Max Bit Rate for Video Calls" to upto 6Mbps.
