I have an issue where users book conferences in TMS using TMSXE (Outlook) and where the type changes from automatic connect to reservation for no obvious reason. What could be a reason for TMS to do this? This has happened when the customer knows there is no other conferences running on the MPS at the same time.
TMS is running on version 13.2, the TMSXE is running on 3.0.1 and the MPS 800 is running on J4.6.
Have any of you experienced similar issues?

Hi,
Please see page 16-17 of the Cisco TMSXE 3.0.x admin guide for the reasons why TMSXE would downgrade a meeting to 'reservation'.
If the customer thinks that TMSXE downgraded to 'reservation' in error, please open a TAC case and attach TMSXE debug logs covering such an incident.
