When you log into the endpoint, on the System Information page it shows the time of the last boot.

I just tested and there wasn't a clear log entry to tell when an endpoint looses network connectivity, but you could use the logs under Diagnostics > Log Files to see if the endpoint fails to communicate or resolve an IP or DNS address and then later does to give you an idea when it dropped and then reconnected.  Another option is If you utilize TMS in your environment, you could use it's Event Notification Manager to tell you when TMS lost connection to the endpoint.

sorry this device is on 6.3.1. i forgot to specify.  there is no boot time on main page as per the picture below.  however i didnt think to look in tms for the event i appreciate the input thank you.

You'll need to upgrade to TC7.3 minimum to see the last boot status on the system info page.  See the C20 TC7.3 Admin Guide on pg 13 for reference.

Within TMS, you can look at the endpoint's "Feedback Log" to see boot and network connection messages, for example:

2/18/2016 12:24:09 PM Lost Response
2/12/2016 3:00:19 PM Boot

If you'd like to get email notifications on these events from TMS, you can use the Event Notification Manager I mentioned in my earlier reply.
