C20 Camera (PHD-1080p12X) LED lamp issue

Hi, all

My PHD-1080p12x has some wrong, So I want to resolve for your help.

The issue is that PHD-1080p12x don't work.
Green lamp is on, so I think that connected is not wrong.

But xstatus check of the camera status.

xstatus Camera 1 Connected: False

Codec is C20 , HDMI Cable, RJ45 has not problem.

I did change the Codec, HDMI Cable, RJ45, and reboot the C20, Cam...

But it still didn't work.

How do i can ?

Do process the RMA ?

have you checked the connection between the camera and codec with serial cable?
