C20 Dialing Audio call to TP server

Guys i have C20 registered with VCS and TP server, when i am dialing from C20 call connects as Audio call/ does not receive in coming video from TP server but works fine in P to P call, below are software versions of devices

C20: TC 5.1.3

TP server: 4.0

TP conductor: 4.0

VCS: 8.0

Could you check what is the current conference template utilized with this call. It could be the quality settings configured on the conference template on the Conductor is set to Audio-only (no video, mono audio).

HI,

i have checked the and changed the settings multiple times, when i am dialing as H323 call get connected and every thing works fine but when i am dialing SIP call then i am not getting any video

Are you using SIP TLS or TCP registration for endpoint in VCS? 

Could you try switching the the SIP transport type and make test call.

i am using TCP, i have tried using TCP,Auto and tls as well but no luck, i dont understand what is going wrong here
