C40 Dual Display cable

Hi,

Recently we ordered a C40 Unit with Dual Display option for one of our customer. However when the material was received we found that we have to order DVI to HDMI cable to connect the second TV with the C40 Document.

Is their any document which states that if we place an order for C40 what all cables will be received?

Hi Aastha,

with intergrator C40 unit, you will not get a DVI-HDMI cable for second display. however, there will be HDMI-HDMI cable for first display connection.

DVI-HDMI cable is available with Profile units with Dual display in built.
