C90 Codec Flickers / Resolution Unknown and Not Connected

I currently have 3 Cisco C90 Codecs that are having a problem. The 4 (2xHDMI and 2xDVI) are running to a Quad screen display. HDMI Input 1 and 2 are connected to the 2 cameras and HDMI 3 is connected to a PeerLink PM48X. The issue is that after a reboot of the codec the presentation mode works fine. After about 10 - 15 minutes the screen begins to flicker. After about an hour the touch pad starts cycling between HDMI 3 Resolution Unknown and Not Connected.  Eventually the screen whites out and nothing can be seen. Sometimes it will come back but most of the time you need to reboot the system.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Couple of troubleshooting questions:

What software version are you running?

If it's only HDMI 3 that's complaining, what happens if you disconnect the PureLink from HDMI 3? Does the issue stop.  What happens if the PureLink is connected to one of the other inputs and you connect a camera on HDMI 3?  Does the issue follow the PureLink, or stay with HDMI 3?

Have you tried a new/different cable to connect the PureLink to the C90?

Are you using an HDBaseT Extender?  If so, have you tried swapping that out for another one?
