Can I register sip client to VCS

Can sip clients like ekiga, xlite etc. register to VCS-E, VCS-C to allow sip calls between Movi and these other sip clients

Yes, VCS support any standard 3^rd party SIP UA.

The xlite support ICE feature and VCS can be TURN server as well.

Yes this is possible. They just need to be configured with correct account derails and any authentication credentials.

Note however, that they probably won't be able to access the phonebooks that you get with Movi etc.
