Can TX9000's Touch 12 control WolfVision doc camera?

Hello, we got a TX9000 and a WolfVision VZ-C12. Please share how to configure so as the Touch 12 panel can controll the VZ-C12. Based on my previous experience, CT3000's can control this doc camera via the IP phone. Big thanks!

Hi Alan

   Yes tx9000 can control wolf vision doc camera.

1. Make sure that tx9000 device is configured and enabled for document camera in the cucm page under presentation input device.

2. Connect the doc camera to the doc camera port as specfied in the below pic.

3. Make sure that CTS run software version 1.9.3 and above since the previous versions have issues related to document camera powering on from the touch.

4.And you can control the document camera by the options available on the touch once the above steps are done. Check the link below.
