cause code -1 in TMS reports

Hello,

i am seeing cause code "-1" in my TMS reports when i look at the data tab.  any idea on what this means?  i know CC 16 is normal call clearing, but can't find anything on -1.  thanks in advance for the help!

Hi Jarrod,

Cause No. 1  is for Unallocated (Unassigned) Number

This cause indicates that the destination requested by the calling user cannot be reached because, although the number is in a valid format, it is not currently assigned.

There any vc model In particular you are seeing this for? Or is it random?

this is for a mixture of devices, mostly MOVI v4.2 and C40s.

i forgot to mention that TMS is version 13.2
