CCME and VT Advantage

I am having problems in getting the Dell Latitude D810 laptops to work between the VT Advantage ver 2.0.2.0 and the VT camera 2 and the IP phone.Some of the same Dell machines are working.I always get a broken link between the camera and the ip phone.Has anyone experience this problem?

Please assist.
