CE version option keys

Hi All, 

Wanted to know if the option key is necessary for CE versions to enable dual screen option. Also please provide the list of install options available on the same version or higher.

CE endpoints do not require dual display option keys, it's already included in the product.  If any endpoint requires an option key for any feature, it will be included in the product data sheets.

The second screen gets grayed out during the call, even after enabling the self view fullscreen mode and on monitor role: on

You might need to set:

• Video Monitors: Dual
• Video Output Connector 1 MonitorRole: First
• Video Output Connector 2 MonitorRole: Second
• Video Selfview Default OnMonitorRole: Second

Tried these settings before, still the same any other work around ? (no issues with the output device/cables)
