CE9.14 - Intermittent Macro Failures (UI Button)

Hello, 

Long time listener first time caller. 

We are seeing an intermittent issue with Macros where the UI button will fail to appear on the Touch 10 panel. Restarting the Codec always makes this re-appear. This is happening over various types of codec. The macro always looks to still be running.

Has anyone else had this problem or had anything similar? 

Is anyone aware of an API command which could be used to reinitiate the macro/UI button rather than restarting the VC system? (Turning the Macro on/off from the GUI does not return the button to the Touch 10).

What version CE9.14 are you running?

Hi Eric, 

The non-CUCM version on the endpoints. It doesn't appear to be consistent with a certain type of codec/system, but the firmware is all 9.14.

Seen that problem also. No idea what to do about it though.
