Cisco 3845 15.1(3)T3 not responding to SIP message

Dear all,

I recently have an issue with our two 3845 routers running IOS 15.1(3)T3.

They are not responding to any SIP message they received. If I enter the following command, they work fine for several hours and the issue happen again:

sip-ua

no transport udp

transport udp

Have you guy ever experienced anything like this and what do I suppose to do? Any help or advise is highly appreciated.

Problem solved by shutting down inteface f0/0/0 and f0/0/1 on HWIC-2FE card.
